Basically it sucks! User manual is in Chinese lots of help there. I've had the cam for four or five years about every six months or so I take it out and hook it up. It never works for more than a couple of hours then I try again until my blood pressure spikes then it's back in the box for another six months. Have fun.

The software is not user friendly. The users manual is not available after the initial use. It's tricky trying to get the audio working repeatedly. No software update have been made in the past 6 months. The developer is ignoring this app. The video quality is good.

Meh. Can take multiple tries to setup the camera. I've done 5 now and it doesn't get easier. It's definitely a software issue. You can't watch multiple cameras at once. Only works on Android devices and nowhere else as advertised. No Google Assistant integration as advertised. Basically, this works well as a baby monitor but not for a real security system. Video quality is good on the high quality setting. Sounds is not good. Overall, this needs major updating.

A little buggy but works OK for me. A feature I'm desperate for (and would pay extra for) is a snooze button to turn off the camera for a period of time then turn back on. Sometimes you might get something like shadows or workers setting off alerts constantly. If I turn off manually I sometimes forget to turn it back on. Would be so great to tap a snooze button and select 30 min, 1 hour... Please, please add this function for us all.

Return your product. This program, and camera, function poorly at best. Why do I need an internet connection to see my own child from the same house? The program struggles to do its intended purpose. If I am away from home it will only sometimes allow me to connect and will often reault in a screen that informs me the camera is not connected. Even more often I am treated to the restricted mode due to poor network conditions. This means I am not allowed to make any changes to the camera settings.

It's ok. Slow, has connectivity issues and isn't really that intuitive. If somebody could tell me how to get the camera to arm itself using the calendar I'd probably give an extra star. I'm not even sure it'll switch on from "Privacy Mode" which is a shame because I have to arm it manually every time I go out or go to bed. The camaraderie itself is decent for the price but is really let down by this app.

I've had this camera for a long time. Suddenly an update happens and now unless I'm on wifi, reviewing video on my data plan is useless. So when I get a notification on my phone and I try to see what's going on, I'm out of luck unless I can get to wifi quickly. Why mess up a perfectly working app. If only I could revert back to the old version. The camera is not the problem it's the app. So upset. And by the way I'm taking about the tilt and pan camera.

Received the camera's a few days ago. Held off connecting until I could apply the right amount to time to go step by step. At first, I had a challenge with the app, but re-booted my computers and installed one inside and one outside. I really like this. Everything from the night vision to regular day light the picture is superb. My wife goes to work at 5am. Today she did not wake me and she waved at me as she got into the car. I leave the recording on. There are many things you can adjust for yourself like picture quality, a barking dog, audio pickup and so much more. I have two neighbors who I showed this to and they already have security cams on wi-fi. They loved the extra features we had available. Jim

I have nothing but poor things to say about this security camera. the camera can ONLY be viewed on your phone. the camera is consistent in shutting down with frequent interruptions, lags, and will always require a full set up process if it becomes unplugged or logged out. its frustrating and inconvenient. I didnt need to use this until months after buying it. I wish I could return it because frankly, it's junk. very disappointed in Samsung.

We no longer have a camera! Hate it! The app also used battery on our smartphone so we had to uninstall it. Now we have a useless product. We used to love it as we travel and could check the camera from another location on our smartphone. Not anymore! Why did they have to change something that was working? We will have to shop around for something else, but it won't be this product! When we called for support, we were at least number 30 on the waiting list. Others must hate it too. :( Would give it a zero rating if it were possible) What happened to Samsung?
