The Hello Magenta App guides you through the setup of your Smart Speaker, understandable and step by step.
Say "Hello Magenta" - the smart speaker's illuminated ring and a tone indicate that the device is listening to you.
In the Hello Magenta app you will find all the settings and functions.

With the Smart Speaker you experience a new feeling of freedom when making calls. To do this, in the Hi Magenta app, connect the Smart Speaker to your phone line and then import your contacts.
CONTROL YOUR HOME 🏠
In the Hello Magenta App set up your Smart Speaker for controlling MagentaTV and Magenta SmartHome:
"Hello Magenta, turn on ARD."
The voice assistant controls MagentaTV: change stations, search content, change volume and more on demand.
"Hello Magenta, dimm the light."
When operating light and heating with Magenta SmartHome, the smartphone can now stay in your pocket.
AND MANY MORE FEATURES
The Smart Speaker with Telekom Voice Assistant offers many additional features: a wide selection of radio stations, timers and lists, weather reports and news, and much more.
The language assistant is constantly learning: new features are automatically available through the regular updates of the Smart Speaker and the Hi Magenta App.
ALEXA INTEGRATION
You have the possibility to set up Alexa from Amazon for free on the Smart Speaker. Then you determine which assistant you want to address. "Hello Magenta" opens the Telekom voice assistant, with "Alexa" you access the Alexa skills.
REQUIREMENTS & AUTHORIZATIONS
• To set up the Smart Speaker, the app requires access to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
• There must be a working internet connection with Wi-Fi.
• To use some features, the app needs access to your contacts and your location.
• To make a call via the Smart Speaker, a DECT-capable router is required.
• Separate user data is required to use features such as MagentaTV and Magenta SmartHome.
PRIVACY
Data protection made by Deutsche Telekom. You decide what the language assistant knows. Because you can view the entire course of your voice commands in the Hello Magenta app and delete the voice data irrevocably at any time.
