the app never let's me order!!!! absolute waste of time. don't want to order through uber eats, as the last order was over priced by $29, then was delivered an hour late and was cold. store won't take orders over the phone, and I'm not sitting in the store for half an hour waiting for the food to be cooked. no guzmans for me, which sucks

Somewhere between ordering through the app and it being processed in the shop the order shrank.

Disaster.Have to login every time you want to use the app- why not use a web browser. They have a re-order last order button but it doesn't send it to your regular store that you last ordered it from - apparently it sends it to the nearest GPS location store at the time - so if you are on the train ordering it could go anywhere. When we got to our local had no order and found it was at a store 40min away. Had to pay twice - no refund despite being told we would because it happens often.

Last few weeks neither myself or my wife can pay via our credit cards, app just throws an error when attempting to connect - have to use PayPal. Otherwise the app works fine. Don't mind having to login if it has my saved payment info.

It keeps logging me out every time, but it pops up and asks me to review my last order when on the login screen so obviously it knows. Some of the sides are also missing from the menu.

Constantly boots you out of app, appears to try to ensure you simply dont bother logging in when you're at the checkout so you don't earn points. Everytime i go to use it has logged me out and i have to put in email/password again.

This app used to be good but now it logs me out everytime. Forgot my original password and now I have to 'forgot password Every. Damn. Time. Please fix it because I really like the restaurant and the food :(
