Your app is bugged; you can type but when you send a message to someone, the whole message just disappear without a trace to thin air. What's the point of having a message system when you can only see what people wrote to you but you cannot reply back, Its like a smrt ride from pasir ris to gul circle and you get stuck there permanently. Hope you all actually see this and realise the technical issue and fix it asap to redeem your app followers. 😊

Overall the app works ok. My issue however is that if I'm interested in the products a user is selling, I cannot follow the user no matter how many times I tapped the follow button. I can't seem to tap like on a product as well regardless of how many times I do so. Refreshing and restarting the app still doesn't change this. I checked the other reviews and it seems that my issues are the same as theirs, all relating to the app's technical problems. Please fix this problem. Thank you~

App gives huge variety of Flats I am looking for. However there are technical glitches. App has feature of messaging, however does not show whether the messages are delivered or not and shows blank screen instead some times. There are errors to launch app again. when I changed the password, I am able to login via browser, however gumtree mobile app is keep on showing Network Connectiom Timeout.

Disgusting app.. Half the, time either freeze or hang.. Or tell u it is not responding...many years back the app seems to be doing well, ever since carousell came into the market, gumtree app seems to have lots of problems.. Please replace all your technical team there or maybe now u don't even have one.. Few years back was good but now it is a duagusting and frustrating app to use....

Unable to log in. When user/ password is wrong, prompt shows. However when correct login details are inputted, it'll load for awhile then stops and shows same log in page. On website, same login details can be logged in successfully but not in app. then what's the point of the app at all??

When I select an ad, it sometimes does not show me everything written on it. I had to go back and reselect it again before the ad fully displays.

This app has gone to the pack big time. I can't search for a car as there are no filters and then nothing comes up if you put the make in the search bar. There has to be at least one Holden for sale in Australia lol. I went to the feedback section to ask for help and it wouldn't accept my email address so I couldn't send the feedback, yet I can sign in. I am deleting this now. Do not waste your time with this app

I CAN'T LOGIN on the app but is possible when I do it on my browser. Tried updating and reinstalling but nothing works. I even typed every single letter very slowly and it's still same. Haha really. 👍🏻

stupid app. keep on crashing. after type and create an ad it just crash when i'm left with one click to post. this is seriously stupid. will delete this and shift to other platform.

This app is a nice place to buy things and char with others but the only think I sometimes hate is it does not have everything. I would love Gumtree if they change to an app that sells anything thx.
