Used to be good under GWL, Canada Life has ruined the sign in and it takes forever to sign in. You wait, and then it fails, then you have to do it again. Claims crash upon document upload, then you have to sign back in and restart from scratch, and hope it works the second time around. Poor service and experience overall. Response to the response from Canada Life. Please test the app and walk in your clients shoes first. I'm not calling to be on hold. Thanks.

After using this quite easily for a while, it is no longer working. I am unable to access my account using the app to submit receipts. It appears that the app thinks I haven't registered my account. So when I do register, it tells me I am unable to register , but then starts this whole process again. Leaving me unable to submit any claims. Also they do not have a readily available email address so I've been on hold for nearly an hour trying to clear this up. BOOO on life groupnet . Poor service

This app doesn't work anymore. No matter what I do, I cannot make a claim or view the "more" section without receiving an error stating "technical difficulties it's not you it's us". For months now, this "temporary" error has remained and no amount of phoning in for help has resolved it

Signing in is a mess, but once you are in it is OK. I have seen the sign in button not even work, and I have seen it work and then block after introducing the info and enabling fingerprint login only works for 1 or 2 days. After that it either completely ignores that option or it gets stuck on the sign in loadimg bar... Please fix this

Nice to beable to submit online. Be nicer if it would save the data entered as I spent over half an hour entering data, only for it to have a problem being submitted. Lost all data and had to enter it all again. Even if it would have a warning of sorts that there was a possible issue.

I can log into my account in my browser but not the app. Tried customer service to remedy the issue, still can't log in. And I don't need to be told to uninstall and reinstall to have the latest version, I'm not an idiot, but it seems whoever designed this is. App is useless.

If this app works its a miracle. Just did an online claim and still don't know what's going on as there is no info about the status of it. Making the claim is easy but they should also make an area to get an estimate done as well. Having been a SunLife customer I appreciate their app way more due to what you can do and track. This also includes what you are covered for, you have to call them or email them if something isn't listed and you are covered for. Doesn't make sense that way.

This app is useless now. About a month ago I contacted the company and told them I could not sign in because the link in the app was non-functional. They said they were aware and working on it. I don't know how long it normally it takes to fix a glitch in an app but after a month, you'd think they would have it fixed.

The app was working fine until a few weeks ago. Now, I can't login to the app at all. Reading reviews from others, I know this is not an isolated problem. An update has been released since the issue was reported but update didn't fix the login problem.

Horrible app. It used to be good but now you can't even sign in. How has this not been fixed? It's been atleast a month. No use installing this app because it does not work. Period. Their website also has issues. Accessing my account is such an arduous process I really wish I could switch providers.
