I have downloaded this app & my username and password I have typed os correct. However, it won't let me log in and it keeps saying 'Sign In Failed'. I cannot access the app, and I am a new student so it would be ideal for the app to work so I can access my information.

This is a nice app from Greenwich university. Very easy to use and informative. Now it is logging out always, and we need to login always when we open the app even if I entered "keep me logged in" while logging in. Please resolve this, rest everything is fine.

Update is better, still some bugs. Fingerprint log in is very useful, layout is much easier to use and app is actually starting to be helpful! Brilliant work.
