Very bad app no customer care support for any technical problem I attend classes but showing missed classes very horrible ....in help and support option nothing is there to contact customer care infact in help section they will say only about money ....I can't uninstall it because I have paid for 6 months otherwise I would have uninstalled it immediately

After the new app update the video series is removed .The video series was the best part of the app now it is replaced with clear your concept videos which is not exciting enough to understand.It feels as if a person who wanted to host a show is requested to explain engineering concepts. It is better you continue the spirit of gradeup and it's vision instead of enforcing BYJU'S philosophy and trying to destroy the best qualities of gradeup which all of the students loved.

i feel like gradeup cared alot about their students but im not so sure about byju's. please change the color combo of purple and orange. its absolutely ridiculous. green is good for eyes and is classy.

I am having problem with my video classes , they are not loading at all . I have taken a 6 months subscription in the app. The quizzes and mocks everything else works well but I couldn't join the class for last 3 days they are just not opening at all ,blank! Please rectify it as soon as possible 🥺

I bought green card for banking and insurance exams, level of content is easy to moderate, but there are, a lot of technical glitches with app, hope they would improve it...

Regarding my earlier problem about bold letters. It has been solved. I've tried clearing cache but still it doesn't work. So I uninstall the app and restart my phone and install again and now it works. Thanks anyway. And here is my 5 star. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Changing my rating to 5 stars. The newly added lessons....They are very well organized and just loved it. Restarted with my preparation. Thank you Byjus exam prep for the new change in the product. Please add all subjects in similar manner which will be very much helpful for the preparatiom for students like me. Hoping to learn and build my concepts with Byjus exam prep. 1) all content were now poor. 2) mega mock is not working 3) video series gone bad. Worst worst worst. It was so excellent as gradeup. It is a real garbage now after byjus take over. Extremely worst after Byjus take over. I took a wrong decision to subscribe. I will never recommend byjus. We really want the Gradeup not this money minded byjus management.
