The app is very simple for you to use however, if you buy a bus pass that's $100 you would think that they would be a little bit more considerate about your needs. I just got a new phone number and a new phone. I can't transfer the new bus pass over to my new phone because apparently my old phone number was my account and each phone number going forward will be its own account. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my entire life! Instead of a phone number we need to use our emails!

I love the convenience of this app! I don't always have exact change, and with the GoPass app, I no longer have to worry. I can also get a pass for the future and not have to worry about it expiring before I get a chance to use it.

Wasted 30 minutes waiting for a verification code that I never got. Probably missing an interview about it and hoping I don't get fined for not being able to buy a ticket. "Easier for everyone to use" -What a joke.

I Love GoPass! Since COVID, I only work a few days in the office, and it's been nice to be able to ride DART to and from with on those days. GoPass makes it easy to schedule my commute.

The GP Dart uses must be from a dollar store because it is never accurate. I'm constantly late on Mondays beause it doesn't reflect correct information. Dart is the worst transit system for a city the size of Dallas.

Due diligence is a must. Get all the information you need to arrive at your desired destination. Filter all possible routes , preferences and possible walk time to accomplish your goal. I highly recommend GO PASS , the application satisfies my desired objective. THANKS DART !!!

It's nice and easy just wish that you could be given credit back for unused passes that you forget about I understand that if the price went up but passes shouldn't expire until the prices change you know otherwise it's a great app

it is sketchy when it comes to the schedule being accurate. Buses and trains run off achedule more often than not. Relying on the app to be on time or plan your trip is not a good idea

Works as designed. I do miss being able to buy tickets to other events and venues. This app is a must have if you use the various mass.transit options in DFW.
