Weak. This is not even "soccer mom" level access. The web interface forces you to use the myfiber portal instead of local 192.168.x.x direct access. And that's agravating. But this app.. Well, I'd rather wait on hold to talk to Time Warner customer service than use this. Not worth the space on your device. If you need remote access, get familiar with the web portal. Or call your neighbor and have them take pruning shears to your fiber jack. When did Google get so proprietary and user-UNfriendly?

Did Google drop support for this app because it doesn't seem to function at all. I constantly have to sign in whenever I do anything, and half the time, I can't verify I'd done so because the confirmation methods never go through. When I finally do get in, I can't restart the Fiber box or modify my network settings because the app just sits there working harder at looking like it's working than actually doing anything at all.

This app is awful. Love the service, the price, the speed, but I can't use the app at all because it will continually log me out every time I click anything. All I want is to be able to pay my bill early and periodically check my signal/speed, but this app is more trouble than it is worth. Fix it, or abandon it for a new one, but please, stop abusing me with your terrible, terrible app.

It used to work fine. Now is the worst. It logs me out while I'm trying to use it and won't let me access anything on the rare times that it actually lets me into the app. Useless at the moment. Written on 2/5/21. Still having the same problems 4/6/21. Terrible app and no response to this issue.

Using it for yrs and still works as intended, even after today's update. I've never had any issues logging in like others report. I live in KC metro. I'm surprised the app only has 2.0 rating. I feel for anyone having issues though. Sadly, canceled my Google TV thinking Spectrum was better/cheaper. Well, it was cheaper but not better or even equal. Hello YouTube TV! Google still has me ;-) Good luck all!

Great internet but you can't log into the Google fiber app without it trying to verify you 100+ times and not working. I don't need 2 step verification. Hell I don't even need a password, if some stranger wants to log into my account to pay my bill- Let them! At least let me into my own account to pay my bill.

Used to work great but anymore it logs me out makes me log in a number of times just trying to use it. I also can't seem to restart my router when I'm experiencing slow speeds. I have a newer pixel 4a phone, on the Google Fi plan, so I can't imagine why there'd be any issue running this app on this phone.

The app isn't working. I sign in and it just loads and loads. We have cleared everything. We even deleted the app and reinstalled it and shut down the phone and it still wouldn't load. It won't let me access my account and I'm not sure why.

App no longer works. It worked fine and then just stopped working. Reinstalled to make sure I had the current version and it still won't let me sign in or update payment information.

The app won't let me sign in and is caught in a perpetual authentication loop with two factor authentication. It is absolutely useless.
