Even 1 star is not suitable for them, that should be less than 1star. My bike is giving trouble like anything after service with Gobumpr. I did drive just 100kms and could find many problems which I never seen before the service. I complained many times but simply they said unable to help. I paid 3500 but app is showing only 1000 that I paid. I do not know what kind of network they are running. Cheaters. Please choose your nearest workshops for bike service. Never ever choose Gobumpr. I needed doorstep puncture check. They didn't have that service. I used a different app/website (ReadyAssist) Edit: changing to 3 stars from 1. I had paid Rs.49 on gobumpr to be able to request service. They did refund that after my review. I got too many calls from them to make it 4/5 star review. Since I didn't actually use their service, I am giving 3 stars for refund.

It was a bad experience. My bike was picked for service and next day received my bike. They charged a huge amount... Replaced battery however my battery was working fine. And didn't return my old battery,ignoring my calls SMS when I ask to return old battery. Service was not quite good It's not happened as per my expectation. Felt bad quality of service and not recommended. Learned a lesson.

Worst app. Their vendor cheating well. I charged 4100 on August for my bike service, they informed clautch plate etc are changed that the reason for 4100 while I choose 999 plan. It's 2 month now again my bike pick up gets low. When I took to local shop here, they checked and saying nothing changed earlier, just adjusted and cheated. So I reached customer care and now they are saying after 2 months can't do anything. Waste of money. I will never book anything in gobumper.

If you ever sign up, they'll NEVER stop calling you on the phone number. The service was okay-ish, but boy the spam is something. Every 15 days some toolbag calls about it. And no amount of telling them to go away is effective. Don't use this, even if it means you'll have to throw away the bike.

I have given my bike service last month to go bumper. The bike condition is good before the service but after I given for general service to go bumper. They bike condition is very bad. Bike is stopping in running condition I have to raise accelerater not to stop on stand by and breaks are not proper. Pickup went down. I have wrost experience with go bumper.

Gobumpr isn't a premium service center but local garage who doesn't have proper props to repair bikes. I have Yamaha Fzs. I asked to remove my bike tank cover and clean it. While cleaning they made at least three scratches. Very disappointed. Disc break has not been serviced properly. Rust has not been removed properly. Mechanic changed engine oil but oil filter wasn't changed. Mechanic repaired the coil plate and charged 2850 where as new coil plate price is 2900 rs.

Good app. Very easy to use and the service provided was very professional. GK Express Motors was the Service partner and did a great job in clearing the dents and scratches from my bumper. Reasonable cost when compared to the manufacturer service center.

Very bad technicians in Go bumper I spent 6000 for changing chain, brake pads cluchpads and servicing. Just in a week it started making sounds, I took it to Suzuki service center and they said it was not properly done and I needed to replace all the above and on top of it battery gone bad, I spent again 5000 for all the above. Very bad experience.

Being a regular user of this app.. Recently I had my worst experience with Gobumper. Despite of spending an amount approx 3.5k service provided is completely unsatisfactory. Funniest part is the customer care executive who called me for feedback has said that she would arrange for reservice after I explained her my issue but still u haven't got a single call pertaining to reservice. highly unrecommended.
