This application will help you to know, which E numbers you should exclude from your daily meals. You should know that there are food additives that contains gluten and are harmful for your intenstinal! With help of this application you will be able to check if food additive you see in the composition is safe for you. A gluten-free diet is one that excludes most grains, and it is recommended for people who have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Besides that gluten-free diet is very popular as weight loose diet and some have suggested that a gluten-free diet may help alleviate the signs of autism in children.
