Yo i need customer support I had quite a bit of items, personnel, helicopters, bases. I had everything backed up to the cloud. I get on just now and its all gone. I tried to a restore from cloud, and it restores back only 1 minute ago... it literally has nothing. I've lost all my progress. Please is there anyway to retrieve a previous saved file before this happened?

Spent money on bigger aircraft and better troops, booted up the app just now and it was all gone, world reset, everything I spent my money on was, poof, gone. Several months later I Re-download app because I missed playing it, spent money on it again like an idiot, and regardless of being cautious and backing up to cloud often, opened it up today and it was all gone, everything I had paid for had disappeared and the an attempt to restore from the cloud proved useless. Crooks. Thieves. D-bags.

This game is Awesoms I enjoy every second of this game. 2 things though 1. Increase the content of your contracts, when you reach a certain level of the game you do the missions for money which makes it become your main source of income. 2. Increase the speed of the Escorts. Most of the time your team is so fast that your escorts cant keep up.

I really love zombie-related games like this, but I'm more of one who loves around in third person instead of a birds eye. But in this case, I get better awareness of how many dead people are trying to kill me 😱😱😱 and, but I kinda hate the limited time I have on the campaigns. I do wish we could upgrade the aircraft, based and turrets, because two of my Area 51 turrets are almost destroyed.

I notice that when you are offline and you are playing another game or something or just not on your device at all, all of your helicopters stay exactly where you are, but the zombies will continue progressing while you are gone so your helicopters are just hovering there and the infected are getting closer to their destination. Please fix this bug. Also, even when you are online, the rotting piles of walking flesh are still 7 times as fast as a helicopter???

Went to start a new outbreak and all progress was lost. Money, experience and gold remained. But all research and crew roster and map points were wiped clean. Can't get the map I had back, wants to start from the beginning which isn't worth the full progress. Fix this and might consider a better review. Wasn't bad at all until everything was wiped to a clean slate which I find to be BS.

Listen, I love this. I love being in control of a company made for fighting zombies. I love it, but there's a few mechanics I don't like.. Namely how long it takes for your troops to arrive, and that they can't arrive while the app is closed. In the end it makes sense, but that also means that now all of south America is on fire and your three man team can do literally nothing to stop it because your base only builds when the game is open and that means now eastern Europe is under siege
