Booking accepted but the app doesn't make clear that a car isn't actually booked and there is no update until a car is assigned. My taxi came over 20mins after the time I'd booked it for and I'd had to phone to check they actually had my booking.

'In App' card payment not processed. The taxi driver called me 10 minutes after drop off stating the pre-approved card payment did not process. I had to leave the restaurant, go to the cash machine then pay the driver. Absolutely useless application.

Horrible. I've got a booking number from the app and the taxi didn't pick me up at the scheduled pick up time. When I called them they told me they hadn't any booking for me. Is this app working?? The problem was that it was 4 am and I had a flight to take at Prestwick airport from Glasgow. Horrible!!! At least the took my phone call and send me another taxi on the go.

Buggy as a buggy thing. Insists on location being on. Sends multiple emails to confirm booking. You have to wait before you get out of the cab to make sure your credit card has gone through before you can get out of the cab. You can only set a tip before the journey which totally defeats the object of a tip.

Nearly missed my booking. By default the notifications were turned off so I didnt get the notice that taxi was there. Yes the app enabled my booking, but thats all it did. The app kept "searching" even after a booking had been confirmed (had to call and telephone bot told me a taxi was coming). Driver was fantastic and called me himself. I had to manually enable the notifications. Not all users will do this though! P.S is there an option to choose electric taxis only?

I have used or tried to use this app a few times now. I've encountered a lot of issues. I am only sporadically able to incide further detail (i.e. when i need an animal friendly car). I cannot book cars if I select pay by card. The app has: jumped from the chosen addresses if I accidentally touch the map, supplied the wrong registration number, failed to identify that a car has been dispatched, and allowed an unfulfilled booking to sit for an hour and a half with no apology or relevant update.

Have amended my initial review from 1 star to 4 stars. Originally the app would hang regularly on S9 & S8 and the drivers appeared very unhappy with fixed prices and to be paid by card. But now (Oct20) the app is a lot more stable and the drivers appear to be warming to it (a pandemic will do that I guess!) The black hacks are great vehicles and if the drivers and tech keeps moving forward there might still be hope 👍

It works but very clumsy to use, not intuitive and it could not set up my payment card, which is not surprising since it didn't ask for my address. Network Private Hire is a much better app for Glasgow, faster and easier to use and being minicabs its cheaper.
