According to your advertisement on tv app users get priority well since the app has been changed updated I'm finding it hard to even get a cab yesterday over 2 separate bookings for a cab and a conversation with your switchboard I waited over 40 minutes was then told that gph didn't get the north of the city contract and that maybe I would be better calling a cab based in the north of the city I feel let down as I've been using gph for over 20yrs way back when they were known as mac's cars..

Can't zoom in on the map to see where a taxi is when it's on its way and no option to book a wait and return journey. Inferior to the Hampden app.

Twice the application has glitched while processing the card payment before making the booking resulting in the money coming out of my account and no taxi being sent to me. Not easily resolved by the base either as there is no proof of booking on the application as it glitches as soon as the funds are held and no booking is made. I've actually deleted the application because of it and will no longer use card to pay
