Mata diklat Komitmen Mutu merupakan mata diklat yang disampaikan dengan alokasi waktu sebanyak 4 sesi (12 jam pelajaran), dengan metode interaktif. Adapun materi pokok mata diklat Komitmen Mutu yaitu : (1) Efektivitas, Efisiensi, Inovasi dan Mutu dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik; (2) Penerapan Inovasi dan Komitmen Mutu; dan (3) Studi kasus Komitmen Mutu. 
Penyampaian materi diklat Komitmen Mutu ini menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran heutagogik, dalam bentuk klasikla dan non klasikal yang terdiri dari penyajian secara interaktif melalui metode ceramah interaktif, curah pendapat, tanya jawab, diskusi dan latihan. Peserta disarankan membaca seluruh materi yang ada, menjawab soal serta membuat latihan-latihan yang ada dalam modul mata diklat.

Submission of this Quality Commitment training material uses a heutagogic learning approach, in classical and non-classical forms consisting of interactive presentations through interactive lecture methods, brainstorming, question and answer, discussion and practice. Participants are advised to read all available material, answer questions and make exercises in the eye training module.
