Wish to build confidence and have higher self esteem? Want to learn how to become more successful and enjoy the power of inner-monologue?
Throw away your negative thoughts. Accept your positive thoughts. Learn to identify your inner conversation and respond to real life thoughts. Train daily and improve your self esteem and wellness.
The app is shown to improve supportive thinking and reduce maladaptive beliefs in 7 published academic papers.
According to CBT models, negative self talk – individuals’ ongoing interpretations of the self, others and the world - maintain psychological difficulties such as low self esteem, mood, and maladaptive behaviours.
The foundations of healthy self worth and self esteem are built upon beliefs. Our beliefs have the potential to bias and affect our ability to deal with daily situations. For example, if I believe that "everything in my life needs to be prefect", I won't be able to live up to these expectations and my confidence will decrease.
Beliefs and self talk are interrelated. With daily affirmations, we learn to embrace healthier and more adaptive self-talk. We can change our beliefs and get rid of thinking patterns that negatively affect our confidence and self-esteem.

This has a noticable positive effect on my mood. I think it would be improved if we could add our own negative/postive thought statements. The user would write a thought and then categorize it as helpful or unrealistic/unhelpful on their own (maybe based on CBT distortions).

The original gg self confidence was a lot better. They turned it into this complete package that just isn't as focused on one problem area. The level system and especially the free daily play was amazing.

I really like it! I use it nightly, it helps me relax and fall asleep. I feel better in the morning if I use this app before bed. Simple, easy, encouraging.

I like this app, but it only let's you do three exercises a day, and no other way to practice during the day without having to start all over and then you find again at some point, you have to stop at three exercises. They need to have better instructions. There should be a clearly explained way to practice any time you want, as well as do the 3 main exercises a day.

Brilliant idea for an app! One of the hardest things about self improvement is consistency. The app keeps your attention while working on a subconscious level, and I really enjoyed at first. But you can only open the app once before it forever stays on the "fetching data" screen. The only way to get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall and loose all progress. I can see the app is still in beta, and I hope to use the app again once the "one time use" bug is resolved.

I found it helpful. UPDATE I found the level they have for the toolbox, however i noticed that when going back to it i had to redo the levels after it. I really like this app and have some other improvements to recommend to make it even better. I find it more effective to take my time when pulling/pushing the statements, but when I do i receive less stars for the level, which is not encouraging. Also spelling/grammar could be improved on many of the statements. Thank you.

I purchased the full version of the original app for ~£15 (which guaranteed lifetime access) , which I found quite helpful. I was highly disappointed to find out that the original app is no longer on my phone and has instead been replaced by an app that charges a monthly subscription. Fair enough if the creators want to follow this model but I do find it very unfair that the early adopters who paid full price for the original app no longer have access to it.

I downloaded this along with a couple of others to see which I liked best. This was the best one. I did a few levels but when I clicked on it the next day it just stuck on the fetching data screen for a very long time. I tried 6 or 7 times on the second day but couldn't get into it. Had to delete it. Such a shame cos I really liked it

A nice app, but I didn't get a feeling or indication from the app that it was going to be helpful and it's already asking for money. I hope you will let people see more of the app to understand what is happening with the questions we're answering and how everything works, and if it works. Still skeptical, just haven't seen enough yet. Thanks for letting me try it out!

Updated review: I got help with unlocking the app again after the update that messed things up, and have tried the new version for a few months now. I have managed to locate my favorite content from the previous version and am also finding the new content useful. This app really is a great complement to therapy/medication and it is slowly but surely helping me replace negative thoughts with more useful ones. I only have minor complaints, otherwise it's close to perfect.
