Reviews From google play store

Thank you sooo much for updates recently! Gallery for Reddit is my favourite and most used app on Android. It's consistently has the highest screen time out of any app I use. You have my eternal gratitude! I thought I'd give feedback - I'd love to see "hide" added for the up/down swipe gestures and function as hide/unhide if possible. Another awesome thing would be a larger cache option. I frequent various subs and the cache is often thrown out; images reload. Those two things would be awesome.

This app is great, i just wish that it was possible to download imaged in bulk other rlthat that this is a 10/10.

Tried them all, for me this is the fastest and best featured Reddit Image viewer.

Always come back to this app to browse Reddit images. Thank you for keeping the app up to date when ever there is a system update.

only thing that would make it better would be letting us download pictures to specified folder

Best way i have found to browse just pics on Reddit! No ads! Love it!

Great viewing app with 2 problems, the first is that the comments, upvote & diwnvote etc buttons are white, which means they are often invisible on many posts. The second is that sometimes it doesn't load enough posts causing you to run out of images really fast. if these were fixed 5 stars for sure.

The best Reddit image viewer by far. I paid for the ad free version. If you you mix this app with Joey, you have Reddit on Android covered.

Subreddits are back, but gifs still don't work

perfect app for reddit picture groups. fast and stable.

5star Worthy but i gave 4 cause you can't delete a sub Reddit that you've added, i accidentally misspelled a subredit but now i don't know how to remove it from the list.. please help.

constant banner ad is new for me = UNINSTALL

I like it but how do I remove the long list of subreddits so I can only have like 10 or 15 that I normally use?

I use this app all the time. All the time.

Was working fine until the last update, note the sort doesn't work. "Top all time" shows nothing, and whatever I change it to it defaults back to Hot whenever I change categories.

If not for the share/save/etc buttons being placed where the ads appear right when a user is likely to try to use them, thus generating unintentional ad clicks, it would be a really great app. But that infuriating and dishonest way of generating click revenue effectively counters the usefulness of the app.

I'm not able to vote. Keep getting error that says "failed to vote comment" and when I vote in the app it doesn't transfer over to the site.

By far and wide the best reddit image viewer.

My favorite Reddit image viewer. I hope the devs continue to develop and improve it.

Simple gallery, been using it for ages now

Needs updating

Great app despite the occasional crash. Easily the best gallery experience for Reddit. The developer is responsive to questions and concerns through email.

This is a legit unofficial reddit app. The only problem I've seen is that when you are in r/all and come across a subreddit you want to open like r/gifs, via the options button, it opens back up to r/all and not the desired subreddit r/gifs. This goes for any subreddit. Other than this minor bug this is a pretty decent app I would recommend.

This is my favorite app for viewing pictures from Reddit in a slideshow form. I can't find anything else that does this nearly as well. If I had a complain, it would be that sometimes albums don't load. But you can click through to the website and look at them. I haven't found another app that works better, though, so this is a minor complaint.

Love it. The only problem I have, is that (at least on my frontpage with sorting for "new") there seems to be a limit to how many pages the app can load. If this is fixed, I would give a five star rating.

Love this app, no other does the same job as well. Pretty big bug though: lately sometimes while scrolling through posts, my phone will sometimes completely crash and suddenly reboot. Galaxy S8, Android 8.0.0

The app is awesome when it is working. Now it doesn't load pics right and always force closes when trying to share pics or load galleries. Please fix I'm on this app constantly! Lol galaxy s7 edge and galaxy s9+

Crashes when trying to share images. Unable to save subreddits that include the plus sign to favorites. Has no local memory of what images have been seen (compared to 99reddits).

It was working great a month ago. Now it crashes frequently.

Same as below.. Great app but opening a subreddit while viewing a pic just sends you back to r/all instead of the subreddit you're viewing.

Love this app

Crashes a lot since the last update. Usually when multitasking or opening the comments.

Used to work well but now videos/gifs are not loading. Please help!

I'm not sure why you need access to my photos and media on my phone in order to let me log on with my Reddit account. I'll use BaconReader instead...

Doesn't load reddits since Monday. Great app.

Loved this. A few updates ago it stopped working on my tablet. Get it to work again and I would gladly give it 5 stars

Huge fan of this app, I think it's the best gallery tile reddit app on the Play Store. Would it be possible to add support for virtual subreddits such as /r/random?

Is not loading many images.. Gives error randomly since few days

Gifs can not be viewed since latest update. Please fix this wonderfull app. Greatly appriciated

Links seem to work again now. Thanks

Was a great app but since an update it's failing to load gifs at random.

Good app, but it crashes on my tablet constantly

App no longer works.

Since the server went down yesterday my comments will not load (circle just spins) I have to go to the top right menu and open "in browser" for them to work

The only problem is it doesn't pick up where you left off. update just got a new phone lg v20 and its not compatible for some odd reason.

Like many people mentioned, it was excellent, but currently lots of connection issues, images wont load anymore .. Please fix issues. Thanks

Best reddit pic viewing app I've used but lots of images unable to load since last update.

Update fixed most recent error with albums. Great app.

Like others, since last update pictures seem to time out and can't load.

Was awesome but currently unusable as seems to be having connection issues.

Very good. I'm on Android 7. No problems so far.

Can't load galleries as of march

Excelent app however, for the last couple of days it doesn't load galleries. They are there, as they can be accessed through the browser.

Great app but since that last couple of updates galleries won't load at all

Love the app. Got a pixel xo however, and now when I boot the app it just has a permanent loading wheel and I can't use the app now. A bug fix for the pixel would be appreciated.

This is the best reddit app for pictures but there are a couple of things you can add 1. After opening a subreddit from r/all from a picture, the back button should take us to r/all to the same picture but it instead asks whether we want to exit the app 2. If we browsed through multiple subreddits the back button should take us to those (app should remember the history for that session)

This is so great

Another commenter complained about the cached images this app leaves. I actually like this feature. It allows me to browse later and delete at my own choosing

I love this app and it's very useful, but I wish the background image texture was better or even solid color (would be great if we could choose). Also, I wish image sliding animation was better too. Now it has this 3D like transition, would prefer simpler transition or the way Android does it (slide out an image and the new image moves in from the background).

I used to be able to go to r/all and keep looking for as long as I want. Now it stops loading new images after a few minutes. I have to go back to the top to refresh and load more images. I tried clearing the cache. I even uninstalled and signed back in. It still does it. How can I get it to work like it used to?

This app was saving large portions of the files viewed in each session, and not removing them upon closure. I did just update, so this might be fixed, but it had taken 3.5 Gb, yes that's right folks 3.5 gigabytes, of device storage for image files. Lazy development to allow a critical bug like that to actually occur. I'm keeping one star because my phone running out of storage drove me crazy for months until I figured out what it was.

Well built and fast app for surfing pictures from Reddit.

Doesn't work

Does everything I need and more.

A lot better then all the rest

paid to remove ads, ads still there

Minus one star for not being able to zoom into animated gifs, and one for the terrible favorites implementation, but it's otherwise very good at browsing images on Reddit. Don't see why the main menu lists every possible subreddit, though.

cache gfycat cache youtube cache any media please

1 flaw. But is is game changing enough for 1 star rating. If fixed would give 5 AND get paid version. Flaw is that it Doesn't keep subreddits I add to list on left side and cannot remove subs from it either. Moving pic around when zoomed is quirky at best as it always wants to go all the way to one side or the other. But can somewhat live with that quirk. But the no save/remove part just makes no sense.

If anything this app is too feature rich than what I need - a clean and simple reddit image viewer. Apart from some loading image/gif errors (which may not be the app's fault) my only problem is it's very hard to view images after zooming in - the whole image quickly shoots up or down even if I only slightly scroll in that direction. Fix that and you get my 5.

Please fix

Please fix.

It is one of the best reddit image viewers.

This app has all the right features. 5/7

Best gallery app for reddit. I'd give 5 stars if it'd be possible to set cache size and location.

But I have bug in which I can't type the names of subreddits properly

Needs 1 like to save multiple accounts like most reddit apps do so I can switch easily. Keep up good work.

For whatever reason this app decided to stop working for my new phone. This is hands down the best app for reddit I've ever used. I would love for this to be fixed.

The best app for reddit

For some reason the gif support on my app stopped working. I tried reinstalling the app and updating to the latest version to no avail. This app would definitely be worth 5 stars if I could fix this.

After the update it won't remember my last subreddit and it won't at it to the favorites either.

Great for viewing... Adult content. Enough said.

Last updated broke saved/favorite subreddits. Update: unable to type anything, completely unusable at this point. I would really like to see it fixed. This was once a fantastic app that has somehow become completely broken over the past few updates

Best reddit image app

Love your app

How do i get get my favourites back at the top of the subreddit list without having to go through the stupid heart button? Why on earth would you add an unnecessary step. You have completely messed with my ability to quickly move through my favorite subreddits to scan for new posts. Please fix this bug that is billed as an "improvement" it really isn't.

Put the favorites back how they were do not like the change will change the stars back to the max once we have favorites back up on top of our list. This new system makes it more difficult to browse through or favorite list

Generally a good app I paid to remove ads. But wish I could filter out videos.

Needs some improvements when choosing subreddits.

Please allow comments to be a native part of the app. I will give it 10 stars.

It would be the best if only I could choose to load pics in HQ instead of having to manually check the icon on every pic I view, and if the app didn't tell me I'm not on wifi all the time. I have unlimited data, I want to view what I want to view in the highest quality by default.

Can we have option to select slideshow time ?

Best reddit image app

Very nice app, however it is missing a feature which allows the user to specify if he/she doesn't wants to view again images already seen.

Clean and nice app. Would give 5 stars if youtube videos open internally without the need to leave the app.

Works great

I would rate this higher if it allowed gifs to download as gifs, it seems to only download them as mp4 and I don't want that, atleast give us the choice. Also, it would be nice to have an auto complete style sub reddit search. Start typing the subresddit your looking for and the app will make a list of suggestions appear as an auto-complete list. Reddit in Pictures had this before they lost their user base and disappeared from the Google app store.

Would give four or five stars but after I paid $2.50 for no ads and it didn't work. I still have ads. After this problem is addressed I will definitely give it four or five stars. Thanks!
