The worst ever bank to take loan. I have very worst experience with this bank. Intially the person whom I contacted for loan assured some percentage of interest. Later they incurred additional percentage. Processes charges and unknown charges too high. Don't go for this.

1. Your Branch Address map Bangalore is incorrect in your Mobile app as it leads to wrong destination, I wasted 1 hour searching for it. 2. While I waited from 18th to 22nd June for closure information, it (about not to mention account number) wasn't available anywhere on your website, app and customer care. 3.Mentioning Loan Account Number while taking a Balance Transfer of Loan or Credit card is a universal process. Rejecting foreclosure for this reason is unethical way of retention.

Very worst app ,, total waste of time,and energy,, customer service very very very very very bad,, totally head aech ,,very hard work and results is equal to zero,,not proper reason available in customer 8n emergency need. Don't try

Very very worst app they taken unwanted charges and not proper response from customer service. They always telling story able to not contact right person. Worst service they taking customer money and sleeping I am not recommended Fullerton to any people. They put unwanted ecs cheque after due. After that is payment is from done then also they are charging the ecs return. Over rude behaviour of customer service.

I seriously dnt recommend this app for loan, because they will 2 week for processing and customer care is so pathetic and very rude at customer and even I raised a grievance at this loan application. So many documents they will ask even though everything is good and after finally they will reject the loan with silly reasons.... I would say don't apply any loan on this application. 1 star is more than enough for these people. One of worst application I have ever seen

Why does it need access to contacts? Without allowing access to contacts, it doesn't even login. Seems Fullerton steals contact information from mobile for its own benefits.

Disguwwjsting app... Even Not able to download a single loan track in a whole day... Loan track also not send on mail. So many bugs... Alphabets not showing in some smart phones.... Hate this app... also there is mo place where downloaded track found. even we dont know that track is downloaded or not... we are trying several times to submit this feedback.... but app does not accept and showing an error.
