    It's nice and easy to use and pick your premium subscription, but you can't watch popular shows like The Simpsons, or even older shows, quality is limited to HD instead of FHD, the app doesn't work in landscape mode even if shows are made to be watched that way, which forces you to keep rotating your phone, play/pause button from your headphones doesn't work, and you're sent back to main screen instead of the next episode after you continue watching some episode. Canceling subscription, app bad.

    The app new version is now now horrible. All content is mixed. The series is not anymore separated by seasons. Series are now uncomplete episodes appears side by side mixed between seasons. Is now terrible to use. UPDATE APRIL 18/2020: After try to use FopLay on my Sony 65 Android TV, the APP asks for update, but this version and version March 3 2020) is not compatible with Sony and impossible to update. Please fix this

    Awful experience, can't login with my cable provider anymore, the option just disappeared. When is this going to be fixed? Customer support does not help.

    Very bad buffer capacity, every 10 seconds stop and reload and it's not user friendly, poor UX. It doesn't happen with other streaming companies Apps such as HBO, YouTube or Netflix. Need to improve!

    Fox Play sucks. Everytime I use it I have to validate the account. It becomes boring after a few times. App is often timed out. Compared to similar apps it has very low performance. It has nothing to do with content. Amongst similar streaming services, Fox Play app is the one that delivers less quality. Happy about my review now? Just work towards making it better instead of worrying about negative reviews. Second review: it sucks!

    Fed up with this service. Not available in Latin America for Roku, abysmal streaming quality on LG WebOS app, forbidden to cast from phone to TV, only usable on a computer or phone. I'm not paying a penny more for this robbery. This is why piracy flourishes.

    Really good app, I love the shows, the only thing that bothers me is the design of the app. It's weird to use. And also you have to leave the episode to click on the next one or it takes too long. Other than that is amazing, I'm sure it'll improve overtime, keep it up and don't stop making the resident seasons lmao

    Disgraceful experience, only two days into a free trial and I already gave up on it. App crashes all the time or an specific content has an error and isn't available when you want to watch it, won't automatically play next episodes, can't change language and/or subtitles & other ridiculous faults... I'm gonna stick with my other streaming services subscriptions. FOX definitely has a LONG way to go before becoming relevant compared to Netflix, Amazon Video or even Hulu.

    Why is the login info in spanish? The first language of the Caribbean is English. Everything else is in English except for the login, not even an option to change the language of if it is there it is either well hidden or in Spanish which i don't understand

    Obviously the FOX content is great. However the app is not. It takes a lot of time loading the menus and the movie/series The interface is not bad, but can be more user-friendly I click on the simpsons add on the app and nothing happened. Actually I cannot watch the Simpson. You cannot make the video player smaller (like YouTube, Netflix or almost any other app) so when you change the app to answer a message or something then you need to wait until load again.

    No way to change the audio language to the original instead of dubbed. Edit: i saw a reply from Fox saying the app is for LATAM and English is not available for that reason. Incredibly stupid decision. There's tons of English speakers everywhere and also people who want to practice. You are making your app obsolete from the get go. And stop asking people to contact you to tell you our "inconvenience", make a decent app that works and offers language and subtitle options to begin with.

    So far, it's good Update: Been tasting the app the whole day and I must say... you guys have a lot of things to fix. I see lot of potential in this service, but the app sucks. It crashes constantly, sometimes buttons don't work properly, when you cast to Chromecast the app crashes or play/pause button stop working. I tasted this in 4 different phones. Xperia, Samsung, Moto zplay and Moto g5. On Motorola phones the app crashes and then the phone reset. Happened like 3 times. You guys really need to put serious effort here. With many services like HBO or Amazon it's easy to change things. And I think this app is a good option. Focusing on stuff like family sharing would be good stuff. It's really hard to share the service, that is something I love about Netflix. I'll keep the 5 stats, because I really like this service, and I hope you can fix this.

    Don't use this app. It automatically pixelate itself in order to adjust to your internet connection. Which is a lie. My eyes hurt because it is all blurry. With the same internet connection I use Netflix in HD and never gets pixelated, if you want HD you get HD. But with Fox app you pay HD and you get SD or much more less.

    The Smart TV app has been updated to 5.0.0 but the spanish audio never works, previous version had the same bug. If I put either english audio or spanish or portuguese, it will still stream with english audio for on demand movies, series or movies section. Spanish subtitles work, but sometimes some phrases are missing. Live channels with spanish audio or subtitles work perfectly fine. The app is still great but if you could fix that issue, it would be perfect.

    It could be so much better. It should have a 10 seconds forward or rewind button; the volume scroll is not precise and the subtitles option is not always available. But the worst part is that there aren't many movies or series, and the ones offerd aren't even complete.

    I tested the app, works fine but when my free period ended I wanted to suscribe but the only way to do it is through a TV service provider; I don't have it and I don't want to. HBOGo wins, you can suscribe w/o TV Providers, you only need an Internet Connection and voilá! I always have been a Fox Content fan but until it won't work only for Internet users I'll watch other options. Bye Fox

    Very inestable quality of image, Netflix work perfectly to 4k, and fox play reduce quality to 360p some times, Have a delay between you select language and subtitles and button apply, impossible view in smart TV just in chromecast, really need more engineers working in this app, when the client try migrate from Netflix, at least wait same features and quality, pay premium for one month but really wait the end of month and disable subscription.

    For starters, I can't even connect to the service/website bc it's hosted on KNOWN TRACKING SERVERS blocked atm. by my firewall–I have to use a tunnel. I get Fox from sat yet it's an incomplete poor xp. The personal user info gathered is much + valuable than ANY of the services they could ever offer yet they still charge for it as if it really was "Premium," as they put it. If that wasn't enough for you to run, service is georestricted, meaning; unlike Netflix/Spotify/etc, if you exit the country you'll be locked out of it. This is completely not worth it.

    Every time I try to look at a live event, it says that the content that i'm trying to reproduce it's not available at the moment (1401). I'm not actually sure that's the exact message that it shows, but it is the error code. I've tried to use it since january this year, many app updates has passed, but none has solved the issue

    App has some nice content, but the service has some big issues. For example, I was watching a show on my laptop and wanted to switch to my phone, bit I get an error saying that the app is open on another device. It's full of trackers too.

    I thought this app would be different since, I downloaded it just to watch The Simpsons and I can't even watch the episodes! There's only an option to watch them on live tv and of course you need to wait until Fox put them on normal TV. So sad!

    A thash. its mandatory have a tv signature to have any plan. for brazilian users doesnt have an option for nacional credit cards or any other kind of payment. its dificults a loooooot for any user from here. if had the same facilitie to pay as netflix have, could have much more signatures. this is really frustrating.

    Use for 20 minutes. It crashed, reopened it then froze. Also has a lag of 4 or 5 seconds. Found a live stream on Facebook and it's working better than this paid app. Unsubscribing.

    I want my money back. I looked up the programing offered and was pleased so I purchased premium but it doesn't let me watch none of the premium. Canceled subscription went for fox +. Doesn't let me see any thing but the first page. Tried it on smart TV. Tried on Note 8 tried it on laptop. Nothing.

    It was perfect but now all the series are only in Spanish so that's terrible, I'm paying monthly so I need a complete refund of my money. So sad
