How to install FocusMDM v1.9.1 on Android 4.4 KitKat+

- Grab org.commcare.devicepolicycontroller_190109001.apk — hit the Download button above (7.2 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
