Finding your loved one's facility is now easier and less confusing. Search based on where the facility is actually located, rather than the city used for mail processing.
Some facilities process mail at an offsite location, which means the mailing address may show a different city or state. We now explain this clearly before you place your order, so there are no surprises when the address appears later.
Your mail will still be addressed correctly and delivered to your loved one.
