Love, LOVE, LOVE this app!! Just discovered it via a CNN article. Now I'm able to stock my freezer with half off meat or last minute dinner that night at a fabulous price. Loved the huge $5 box of citrus fruits. Great way to try more deli options at a fraction of the price. Hope you expand to more local stores to cut down on food waste. Keep it up!

I'm always looking for a way to save on groceries. Pretty straight forward to use, map and location can be a little bit off but not too much. My issues are the meat items aren't frozen to help keep them from going bad, order pickup window fluctuates (I had one order that told me I had 3 days to get it while another was thrown out in less than a day and a half and they marked it as a missed pickup when I never had the chance to even get it) and trying to get a refund is proving impossible.

This app is a fantastic idea, but...I get rotten food every time. I have made at least 10 purchases now. The Meijer workers can never find the device to checkout. When they do find the device it takes way too long for them to figure out how to use the device. Today, as I was praising the savings to another shopper, a Meijer worker interrupted the conversation to tell me "you can't take the food out of there by yourself!" No one was taking anything! I have used Flashfoods app several times at my 2 local Meijer stores. The food is fresh and packaging still in good condition. The process is easy to buy and pick up the items. Store customer service is helpful if I need assistance. I sometimes purchase a day ahead while other times I do so while I'm in the store already. New items are added frequently. Its an easy way to save 50% on meat, dairy, produce, bakery items, juice, seasonings, snacks and more. I highly recommend it!

What an absolutely amazing app!! Reducing food waste had been needed for so long!! Food prices have gone up so much and this app will help people. Exspecially people with big families. You can get food that is nearing its best buy date for so much cheaper!! Which by the way the food is good a bit longer than the date. Legally products have to have an expiration date or best buy date. I ask that you please try to get walmart on this program. I'm an employee. Huge food waste at walmart!!

There's just a few things you can buy if there's even anything nearby and it's nearly expired food and the stores use horror movie photos. Like literally just a bottle of milk or something taken in a dark back room it's truly something else. You have to make an account to see what the app is about and then you can't delete it.

My review got deleted right after being replied to. In short, this app requires you to enable location, which I don't like doing. Other apps have the basic ability to enter a zip code if you don't want to give it access. This one does not. You cannot use the app without that. Therefore, it's unusable for me.

I have reviewed this before but i had to take off a second star. There are now two instances of getting food that has gone bad. The first time it was chicken, now today i bought three tribe hummus, all of them were bad. On one the seal was broken, and on the other two there was very noticeable mold growth. Use this app with caution

I like the Flash foods app. Have used it 2 times so far g ,Got 2 boxes first time for 10 dollars I received enough fruit to make apple jelly, apple butter, cranberrie, pomegranate gratefruit sauce and few other things. Just got another one there was 12 peppers for five dollars and I but them up for the freezer .
