It's a phenomenal experience as you book all your sessions and it's very flexible and all the updates are there on this app....plus all the coaches who're observing you update all what you're doing on their tabs and it's gets into your profile so you can also track your progress. A must for people who want to do swimming for fitness.....if you wanna do it just for fun..look somewhere else.

Very Poor Customer Connect Thanks for such a poor service. I purchased plan for my sister on 6th July,2019 and from that day till today there had been many instances where pool was closed and we were not informed and everyday on thode days we have to go to pool which is 10 kms away from my home and that is the only way we get to know that pool is closed. Same thing repeatedly happened on july 18,19,23,24,26,27. Everytime we are wasting petrol to know that pool is closed. Who is gonna pay

Absolute best swimming coaching and facilities. I've tried pools in sports complex, health club and others but they're all so badly managed, people are scattered all over the pool randomly and you can't even swim one length without bumping into 3-4 people. Fitso pools have dedicated zones for beginners and swimmers. Lane swimming makes it so much easier and coaches are top class. I went from being a complete beginner to 1.5k swimmer in just a couple of months.

The required slot is never available and on some days, not even one slot is available on any hour. The membership exceeds available slots, as a consequence one ends up waiting for days to get swimming slot of choice. Only one day advance booking is possible, so all the time person gets stressed about what slot will get available. Screws the routine of the day. Swimming for regular exercise (on a routine time) has turned into a stressful race to book slots, clashing with rest of lifes routines!!

It's not for the app but for Fitso Seal LPS Noida branch. I had taken 3 months membership as they have heater pool and in winter it's required in the cold. 1. Pool closed just a few day after taking the 3 months package. No one said a word that pool will be closed for 15-20 days right after taking the membership. 2. I emailed but no one responded to the email. 3. Pool opened but no indication that it's opened. And finally when I complained on the app, j get a very rude call from gurgian head off

Problematic experience I had 327 days remaining of my subscription, the next day I have 300 (where did the 27 days go?) I would also like to mention that my pool has been mysteriously changed by the app and now I am not able to book a slot in my actual pool. When I try to reach out to a local rep. No one responds.

Love the nice clean layout of the app, looks like the folks though about the app layout and it shows , uncluttered and clean , good job. By the way Fitso is almst synonymous with swimming in Gurgaon especially. Oh by the way i dont work for Fitso i am a member, love swimming, 👍zee best exercise to burn them alloo kae parathas especially in winters, sign i am hungry now 😂

very bad. first my mobile number was incorrectly updated by fitso local and inspite of several reminders is still not updated. Now I am unable to book any slot for swimming. further they claim to manage the booking by app but is not coreect. once i had booked by the app and when i reached there without my cell phone, i was told that there is no booking by me. simply ridiculous.

1) fitso service will assign a executive who will solved your query any time. 2) coach are very good and excellent in their work 3) pool is so clean and hygiene 4) extra Star for their stuff and management cutting 1 start UI/UX of app is good but maybe be more better. i am getting stuck before i have purchased the plan and need few enhancement. like upgrade your plans. , add extra session etc
