It's a very good fitness platform with lot of features which are essentially required and handy during COVID situations. Can track Cycling activity, diet plan, fitness sessions etc etc in one app. The service is good as well. My dietician Shazia shared a nice diet plan as per my requirement and syncs up regularly. So does my fitness trainer Manpreet. As per my current physical activity and involvement with fitness regime she shared the needed activities to follow and suggested better ways.

They are a good platform for fitness. I got trained by Bhavna, and she has a lot of patience to make sure i am doing it right and clarify all my doubts. Scheduling is something they need to improve on. The appointment they scheduled with the fitness instructor and doctor clashed for me.
