How to install FireCast Comunidade v1.5FC on Android API 16+

- Grab br.gov.sc.cbm.e193comunitario_20170425.apk — hit the Download button above (2.5 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
