How to install FCM toolbox v1.10.1 on Android 6.0 Marshmallow+

- Grab fr.smarquis.fcm_1100100.apk — hit the Download button above (3.1 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
