Have been ordering now and then ... at times veggies are good and at times really bad .. but the delivery has been perfect and never been missed even once... would appreciate if the quality is not compromised at all ... as they say the veggies come from framers , the quality has to be very good , which is a miss and v end paying more being organic and natural product .

Using this since the lockdown started. 90℅ of deliveries never on time. No communication If delivery delay for any reason. I ordered something and got something. When contacted support, they either don't reply or reply late. In this case they said we contacted farmer and they said this is the one we advertising and you ordered. No mistake from their end. My 10 year old son simply said after seeing once that this is not what shown in app. No refund or collected them back. Enough with Farmizen.

App is difficult to use, long process and not at all user friendly. On clicking on link, it take you to page which ask to download app...even if already downloaded. 2nd step,on next click, it takes you on play store.. Reason best known to developers.. 3rd step, you need to open from app from play store. Then it shows many unnecessary things.. so many updates and video to watch.. what is logic for all these where need to put its time.. Next to update, Home, chat etc tabs.. not finding easy to use

Farmizen is a fantastic company. I've been a user for over an year. The products they deliver are high quality and organic. The app could be a bit better, they could give options to ship multiple things together etc that can also bring down the cost I believe. I intend to continue being a user!

Three continuous complaints are unresolved.. They pack bad quality products and deliver.. All refunds are still pending.. I requested for cancellation of delivery and asked for refund..

They are not providing what they are committing , you can neither give back the fruits if they are of bad quality or you can cancel any order before dispatch also. If you contact there support team, unfortunately they cannot commit on the quality. Not a good app

Pathetic service. Money paid upfront for pre-booked order, but delivery is never on time. No msg for delay as well. The whole system is like a black box with no workflow to track status of order

The App does not allow you to wishlist your items. At times there are same items available from different farm. Had they given the choice to wishlist, it is easier to decide. Rather than that they make you scroll up & down. The leafy vegetables that are delivered mostly get spoiled that very day & since the delivery always comes by 7-8pm IST, you can never cook them same day. When you try the next day, you are bound to throw away half of it, as the leaves got spoiled.

Have been using for almost a month and ordered 5 times. App has less functionalities from user point of view. 1. No search option to sort by choice,have to keep scrolling till end 2. Customer cannot give rating to seller for other customers to know so that first time customer will be aware and think before ordering. Overall Farmizen app is good.

Their best part is a quick response support team and deliveries as per schedule. Products delivered are of decent quality mostly only if items selected explicitly. Quality is not that great when it comes to bundles. Also make sure you read description of the item and just not rely on pic of item as there are surprises hidden.
