Pathetic experience. Hometown changed the scheduled delivery date multiple times without providing any reason (each time one day before delivery). Their customer support promised to share update every-time i called them but never received any follow ups. I would suggest to refrain from ordering anything from them. will never order again.

The real issue with Home town is with their service not with their products. I ordered a table which was to be assembled within 48 hours but what these scammers do is they don't show that the table has been delivered on the app. A message on my phone comes a week after delivery saying that your table is delivered today and it will be assembled within 48 hours. Thus in total they took 9days to assemble my table. I kept calling them, sending them mails, but was of no use. Don't buy from here!!

I have order a chair on 30th Oct and it was suppose to deliver by 6th Nov but after a long call with the customer care they said they will schedule a call and will deliver ASAP, but there is no call or any sort of communication happened and after call them again they say they are facing some issues and all, but they haven't delivered till now and this goes on in loop. Please never buy anything from hometown this is more like a scam them actual shopping.

Worst ever service! There is no option for cash on delivery no matter how small the amount is. The product tracking system is completely useless. The product gets shipped 2 days after the expected delivery date! The customer helpline number will keep you on hold for over 10 mins and in the end the person on the other end will leave you unattended or give you an utterly vague comment which is a pure lie. I was lied thrice that the product has been shipped but in reality it wasn't even shipped!

Super inferior quality product.We bought recliner 3 seater sofa, in less than a yr the pcs of sponge started coming out.Sponge came out from underneath the foot rest too.Inspite of raising several complaint in call centre and local outlet all they say we will address the issue in 24 hours and it's been over 2 months to no avail. Fake warranty/guarantee they just don't act.Inferior product and customer care. Don't waste your hard earned money buy local guy instead atleast they will own it

Really pathetic.. There is no option for return of any of rhe products. Not even on furnishings. Other sites atleast provide returns for furnishings. Decor and other products still we understand cannot be returned but no return on furnishings sounds really awful. I am never ordering anytime again from hometown. The furnishings I ordered looked too old.

Past experience was good but in recent orders experience is very bad. I ordered a table and I needed to cancel it but they you can't cancel it the order is not even shipped. Initially they gave me assurances that they will cancel it, so I ordered another table which was better.. now they say they can't cancel it.. now I will have two tables because of these scammers.. worst thing is their customer care put me on mute for 5 minutes and ended the call. It seems hometown is closing down.

Worst customer service & Delay in shipment... I have placed an order on Nov 3/2021. I have paid for my order.As per the ETD it will be delivered on Dec 9th.Whenever I track my order is still on confirmed mode..when I called customer care they are so irrelevant with their stupid answers and more over they don't have a concern about loyal customer and their money.That cc guy has intentionally disconnected the call after few mins. Pls improvise ur service. This will be the last and final Purchase.
