The shopping is great. Large variety of options that are reasonably priced. The quality of the items match the price. Sales and Value pay is excellent. Shipping costs are significantly higher than other online shopping sites. My only complaint is the app itself. It's very slow and sometimes I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it just to get online.

Too aggravated cant get anyone on phone to place an order and I cant remove item from cart I didnt even place the item in my cart I was trying to scan through one world items that is presently on air I am in hurricane devastated area and my phone goes out was trying to place a few items. I cant delete what I did not put in cart. I was on the phone and didnt put the dress in a cart. Yall may not even have updated info about

Horrible experience!!!!! First time caller and buyer and had to deal with this kind of customer service?! Nevere again ! Agents barely speak English, charged for a "free" shipping! Transferred to a customer support who wasn't awake and mumbling the whole time ! Nevere again! Stay away!!!

The merchandise is ok, but the policy at Evine SUCKS. When using Easy Pay, I was subject to a hard HIT ON MY CREDIT. I'm sure it's in terms and conditions, but who reads that in entirety? I had made purchases costing more, and never had issues with past payments. This inquiry may have an impact when I begin searching for a home as it remains visible for several years. If you can't pay in full and dont want a credit hit, SKIP THE PURCHASE. Or try QVC/HSN as they don't check credit for easy pays.

The app is good enough but could definitely use some tweaking. Aside from the app, ShopHQ needs to update their ordering policy overall. If you choose the flex payment option, they will easily take your payment for whatever you are purchasing, but for some customers might be denied the option for flex payments. The problem is you won't know until after you've made the initial payment. So your then out that money for several days before it's refunded. Am inconvenience that turned me off period

Downloaded for the 1st time and it prefilled my billing name incorrectly, not letting me fix it so it matched the shipping info. I called customer service to fix it..she couldn't. She was able to cancel my order to re-enter my info on a new screen, get my order and get me a new customer# but the app is still has the wrong information locked on gray boxes and wrong customer #..so I uninstalled app altogether. I cant use app till this is fixed!!!

The site is not user friendly. Home page is hard to navigate. Would love to see a complete redo. I tried looking for another app thinking that might solve the problem. No another app available. I am speaking of mobile site. Having no customer service available by telephone in evening or weekends is not helpful.

For only the past 3 months or so, I have begun to have a problem preventing me from logging in ONLY on my smartphone (but not on my laptop). It keeps telling me my password is invalid. So, when I am eventually prompted to reset (change) the password, it then CONTINUES to tell me my password is invalid. So frustrating to no longer be be able to access my account info from my smartphone.
