How to install ePSXe for Android on Android 2.3+
You'll need about 21.1 MB of free space.

- Open the file — tap the download notification, or open Files › Downloads and tap com-epsxe-epsxe-136-56494740-e2edaea7c0802a78f7ab5cccf5380a5f.apk.
- Allow the install (first time only) — Android 8 and later asks for permission the first time an app opens an APK: tap Settings in the prompt, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
