Great game, been playing it for almost 3 years, I spend on monthly sometimes and never even get to used the gems till now, only use free games to get almost all the non ml-units (only missing 1-2). The unit balance is good even some 3* character is a top tier hero, and the main thing is your unit gears, it all depends on your luck you couldn't throw money to get an op gear, it needs a long grinding or a godlike luck which is fair, it's not fair if you isntantly get it and beat old player with it

As others said, the gacha itself is fairly generous. One of the problems is trying to max level/gear up characters; it's an extremely long and tedious process, that also depends on luck on top of that. Another problem, some story stages won't show you the final boss (to prevent spoilers, which is nice). That means you have no idea what mechanics the boss has. So now you wipe because you couldn't counter, and you have to run the ENTIRE stage again. Not fun. Visuals and sound are great though.

I despised this game and dropped it within 3 days when it released some years ago, now I started again from scratch and I'm in love. It's fun to play, and for a stupid phone gacha game, it looks ridiculously good. I'm in awe everytime I see a character I haven't seen before (happens a lot because there are so many of them). Only negative thing for me is the cost/value of real money packs. I want to spend to support the devs but you get so little for so much money that it's impossible to justify

The story is very good, there are nice perks to help new players catch up, and the game is new player friendly at the beginning, but it becomes pay to play, especially PVP. One should not have to pay $ to have relevant gameplay. After getting to level 60, I am now unable to compete in pvp due to other players spending more. I am pretty much stuck and ready to quit the game at this point, because I won't pay to play. I cannot support nor recommend a game that forces players to spend $ to play.

I love the game. I play it almost every day (at least to complete the daily challenges) and though it is a bit grindy from time to time it does seem as though they're trying to add events and other promotional things to help kill the monotony. I will say, the summoning ratio is a little bit against you, but they also have select summoning events where if you actually save and use your points properly you can get almost any summon you want. Equipment IS a little hard to come by, but not terrible.

Avoid putting money into this as the only way to progress is by having specific top teir heroes which you have to do gatch for. But unlike other games the pity count resets and never carries over. The 5 star drop rate for heroes is lower as the other 5 star heroes are all removed making your chance of getting that hero near impossible unles you drop more than £300 into it to reach the pity count. Even though they are on the third season, they have not upped the level cap, making it unplayable.

Very good game and the developers have come a long way. They're listening to their players and answering most concerns that the players have. They even gave us the information on equipment substat rolls %s which most of the community didn't ask for, but they still have us the information. They're making themselves very see-through which is an amazing thing. Also the rewards and events are generous.

The game has made massive improvements streamlining the new player experience. Its worth trying out. The only issues as a new player is that it takes an insane amount of resources to actually bring a character up to a point where you can actually use them. You are constantly stuck between raising characters or trying to get gear for them. The game does a lot to reduce the grind but it does feel like its not quite enough. Being able to farm fodder while farming gear could help a lot. Still good.

As i said i would update based on continued play. This game is very good, it's not so streamline to mmo that you lose interest in the story mode. That being said, the mmo factor is definitely still there, with an arena and being able to bring in other players' characters as assistants is seamless. 5/5

Game has good art, nice content and is very f2p friendly. Unfortunately, the balancing patches are terrible. Heroes are only buffed, never nerfed. This, accompanied by the presence of overbuffed heroes really ruins the entire gaming experience. Developers need to be better at balancing heroes and must not be afraid to nerf those overpowered heroes.
