i just want to give zero rating.The worst experience i ever had after purchasing the classes. i purchased the classes as it was available on winows 8 during month of may. but when i purcahsed i was not able to view on my laptop. So i went and install windows 10 as they said that windows 10 is needed but even after installind winows 10 i was not able to watch the classes and when i called the support team they told me that i need compatible version ..they didn't tell me earlier and the worst part is that someone from support team told me that some technical issues are going so after solving it i will be able to watch on windows 8. i waited for 2 weeks and after 2 weeks nothing happened so i called and came to know that windows 10 can only be useful. the worst techinical support team .They can't do anything.They will neither take our phone nor give proper reply. Also if we call for any query. Every time different persons are taking the phone and we want to tell the whole problems again and again.It's very pathetic. Also no one knows proper english. The most pathetic experience i had in my life. I think government offices are more responsible than them..Guys please don't buy it.They will steal your hard earned money.

Worst customer service, for purchasimg the course you are chasing like anything, once we have purchased if we have any problem no one will pick the calls...it shows that you are interested in only getting the money from students not for addressing their technical problems!! It is better if your team working as loan collection agents.. they will collect well!

The best app for ca coaching. They provide classes with best faculty with unlimited views at an affordable prices. Student support system is very good and they respond very quick in case of any technical issue.

This class was a blessing for me during this pandemic. Concepts are clearly explained. I felt the faculties teach with utmost devotion and commitment. Two suggestions ,it would be better if all the classes are available in English language and all amendments relevant for exam need to be incorporated with all the faculties available if we choose for extension.

Changing review to 1 star.. unable to view Navkar lectures on Laptop..facing lot of issues.. contacted support team but no resolution received.. Pathetic experience Edit:Now the website is working fine..so changed it to 4 stars

App doesn't have amended vidoes at all I'm at navkar since foundation bt I'm not satisfied by the app the way they provide amendments Only old videos are there Team tells that new lectures will be uploaded but when !! Very Old Teaching Style Too, I Recommend Not To Buy Not At All even if it's free of cost ,* DON'T Go with NAME; Watch demo before buying, Choose BEST !! Not Better Bcz we are investing Our Valuable Time It's highly Recommend !!!!!

I mailed my problem on the mail I'd provided. In the mail they just give a number to contact on that. But there also they didnt provide me any solution.

Worst customer support, they will guide you only till you purchase the course, they will eat your brain by saying purchase now or else price will increase, after purchasing they even don't care who you are if you got a problem. Once it got best team and sloves the problems, but now they are worst support executives... Support from faculty is very good.. but the one who deal with students for purchasing the course are worst .
