Works mostly but annoyingly won't launch if there are networks issues e.g. not signed into public WiFi. Frustrating when it prevents you accessing your (already downloaded) ticket at the gate line. Also tells you your ticket is not valid if not activated before boarding the train, but doesn't consistently offer the option to activate - today I just got the open e-ticket option. Also stupid as the pdf ticket in my email is valid in either case.

Crashes, locks up, refuses to sell tickets. PayPal payment gateway intermittent not working again... App makes it difficult to know if buying right ticket. Now saying cannot load ticket, contact operator. Update.... Buy a ticket, it looses the ticket. The apps garbage Update: Trying to buy tickets with PayPal, the app just locks up, could not purchase a ticket. Still serious issues

Updated the app and now I can't search for trains, buy tickets, see live departures etc it just errors all the time. Before the update it said that there was no Wi-Fi so I kept turning it on and off, after the update I realise it wasn't my Wi-Fi and that there is something majorly wrong with the app.

Used to be a kind of fine to search and buy tickets (but not for anything else). Now even this feature is malfunctioning - pressing "find tickets" button does nothing. Clearly EMR have major issues with supporting this app.

Don't know what bugs they think have been fixed but app now unusable...crashes almost immediately with a system connect error. Have tried reinstalling but no better. This app used to be fine 18 mins ago so what happened? Now totally unfit for purpose.

Bought a ticket through the app. My train got cancelled and EMR did not refund my ticket. Customer service is not helpful at all

Can't book tickets or check departures or arrivals as it is impossible to select stations, so all it does is take up space on my phone. Utterly useless.

When I click on live departures I am unable to enter station names, making the facility unusable. Android 10. OnePlus 6.

Fine for buying tickets, not good for much else. The information about station facilities is often wrong, or confusing, for example Derby lists two sets of opening hours for the first class lounge.

Problem selecting stations on app, so can't plan a journey or buy tickets ! Everything else works on that page, just can't select origin station or destination.Have tried reinstalling the app but still no luck.
