**12/14/19 No matter how many times I try to open the app it starts like it will open gets to a blue screen then fails. Hate to give it 1 star when I can't even see it or do the 12 days of giveaways. Disappointed!! **11/24/20 I'm having the same problem as last year. The app seems like it will open then fails again. I removed this app before and just added it back for it not to work again this year. This is such a shame, again very disappointed!!

We were trying all day to submit our entry for the Starbucks Rewards Challenge and the app kept giving us error messages and force closing. We tried and tried all the way up until the challenge deadline with no luck. Using a Huawei Mate 10 Pro. We emailed the video in low quality to the help desk in hopes that we can still be included in the challenge entries. We worked very hard on the video and it seems unfair that we could not submit it. Please tell us what can be done. Thank you.

At first it worked. And now when I go to use it...it says it stopped !! Everytime I go to watch a clip or if I missed that show that day. I even uninstalled it, and installed it again . And it will not work. Will you please find out what the problem is. My phone is new. I read where numerous people are having the same problem. Thank You, and I hope you get the problem solved for me and the rest that did love this app!! God Bless you!

Anyone else having problems with videos lagging and the app crashing. It sucks because I love watching Ellen and the app was amazing at first. Ive tried everything I could think of. Ive turned my phone off, and back on, I updated all apps cleared out old texts and pictures etc to make more memory on my phone, made sure it wasnt my wifi, ive uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Idk what else to do.I sure hope the problems are fixed soon.

I love Ellen but this android app sucks, while video playing, the CC button and screen sizing button on top right doesnt not work at all. Also, on the same internet speed, youtube is more than fine but videos on this app slows down constantly, doesnt automatic play. On normal good apps, upgrades comes every 2 weeks but its been few months since this offered an upgrade. Please shift your focus from iOS to Android. It's badly needed.

App will not allow me to upload a picture or video. When that is part of a requirement for entering contests.. app is very slow, when typing letters jumble up out of the actual order that I type them. Then add extra letters causing to have to constantly go back n fix what is written. Also doesnt have the info that the Ellen page is saying is there.

I installed this app 2 days ago trying to get in on the Holiday Giveaway fun. It instantly crashes every time I try to open it. However, I think this is probably an inaccurate example of the normal function. It is likely overloaded due to popularity of the 12-Day Giveaway promotion. Maybe check back after the holidays.

The subject is great! The website, however, needs help. The font size apparently isn't set correctly as it's crammed together with the line above and below. I find the placement of information confusing! It's impossible to find what you're looking for. I'm trying to find where to sign up for the e-mail updates from the show, and not having much luck. And what I believe are the 🔥"hot topics" are (and were prior to the crisis) from several months to a year old! No, I'm not impressed.

it don't work and when it says about putting a picture up, I did it 500xs I had enough in the end. ellen love the show loads. but they shouldn't ask when a person from another country to put up a picture or there area were they live as well,that didn't make sense?? I was sending ellen a message when the person lives in America,I'm from England.

The interface REALLY needs work. Full screen is not FULL screen, buttons doesn't do anything, the screen keeps turning off while video is still playing, video quality is... unknown. I used it for a while but it wasn't worth the space. At least the site manages full screen playback better.
