How to install ELA v7.0.0 on Android 4.4 KitKat+

- Grab pl.gov.nauka.ela_70000.apk — hit the Download button above (528.5 KB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
