Failure to update the readings every Month when I send them, that creates payments of three months in one, the App appears to be slow at times when sending the readings

Started using this when I took over my house here, the readings are ignored and mega over estimated bills sent that I now refuse to pay. My reading is 1530 unites over charged and EDP ignores all readings sent. I have now asked them to cut me off and give me a bill for what I have used not ten years advance payments. Worst mistake I have made is EDP who have left me stressed and worried will stick to my solar power which I use most of the time anyways.

this is a nifty little app. Quite useful at that time of the month, not much more needed. However, i just found out that it "wants" access to all phone functionalities! Why? Why, do you need access to my contacts? Why do you need access to my camera? And my location? Really? Are we before a typical Portuguese laziness or is this just incompetence?

The app has a good design. However the performance and the services are not well supported. You open a request to solve an issue and it takes months to be solved, if so. The app takes so long to open and load the screens plus its functionalities with its contents. The support team is horrible: they cancel your request without any explanation + they say they will work in something and don't do it + the EDP should review its offers, because they show you something as discount but charge you anyway

The new layout is beautiful. However, the app performance (which wasn't that good previously) is worse! Please work on the app performance, as it makes me think I'm using a phone from 2010 (I have a snapdragon 865, 6GB RAM and UFS 3.1, should be enough for any app...). Please fix the app performance!!

Phone number input for MBWay or sending the Multibanco reference in SMS format always gives an error in the last 30 days (yes, multiple working phone numbers and app launches from different devices were applied for these use cases). Check the backend for the issue since the app doesn't send error codes nor detailed description to the end user and fix it.

Does what is suppose to do, but it could have a better performance, process the data faster. Just realised today that app doesn't allow us to make a screenshot, not sure why but it's not good... Why don't I have full control of my phone when accessing the app? What r u trying to hide?
