How to install ECBC-2017 v3.0 on Android API 15+

- Grab org.geedindia.www.ecbc2017_3.apk — hit the Download button above (3.5 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
