How to install e-talons v0.7.0 on Android 4.4 KitKat+

- Grab lv.id.ursus.etalons_17.apk — hit the Download button above (4 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
