How to install E-Notice Board v1.0 on Android API 15+

- Grab com.app.annoucement.sunbonn.annoucementapp_1.apk — hit the Download button above (62.1 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
