What's new (as uploaded)

Kali Linux now opens all the way to a prompt and is usable right away. Before, the screen stopped at the banner and the terminal felt stuck. - The prompt, command history, Ctrl-C and full-screen editors work again. - The window size is read correctly when the font or keyboard changes. - Installing packages on Kali Full runs to completion. - Building your own .deb package is no longer refused. - Tested on a phone: Kali Nano, Minimal, Full and Debian.
