What's new in v3.28

Optional Update. Fixed Skin Scan save location. Screenshot icon now just temp hides UI, and does not attempt a screenshot (manually take one during this time!) External storage permissions removed. Support for both newer and older models, SDK's and api's and supports Googles latest policies.
