Frustrating to use this app. Ever since I installed the latest update it constantly crashes even though the visuals are better. I would seriously prefer using the previous version as this is highly unstable. Every 5 minutes it crashes and then I have to restart. Please fix this, as I can see other users have reported similar issues and it's very sad that this is not being taken seriosuly. My husband has this app too and he also has to suffer with the repeated crashes ever since the update.

Doesn't work in landscape mode making documents difficult to read. Apps should autorotate; just a basic requirement of a useful app. Docunet viewer is such a great tool so it's a shame that it becomes useless on a flagship smartphone. *** updated to 4 stars as the app works well for me on galaxy S9 (except landscape!) and support emailed me immediately with update info ***

Terrible crashes & cannot exit properly or return to MAIN menu. Original app was good, updates terrible. Author takes no notice of issues & just fobs you off. You should off the previous version which was far more stable & better but you have refused to even consider that as an option.

The previous version was far mord much better and friendly compared to this current update which is nonsence and hustle... How to bookmark a page like how was used to do on the older version? Please do a proper update for android users since we also do pay for the app like apple users..thanks for the concern.

Hello, hope you're having a good day.. Well that app used to make my life easier but since that last updates one glitch showed up.. My device is android the app does not show on full screen half of the bottom of the app is disappeared I can not see the full app on my screen.. Please fix it thank you for understanding ^.^ Thanks the app is fixed now no more glitches on the screen 5 star 👍🏼👍🏼🌟

Bad update, the app does not adapt to screen size, makes the bottom option menu buttons unaccessible. The previous beta version was working much much better. Please restore. Update: the problem is a known issue. Got in contact with support and they could address the problem.

Please fix it dev.... I use it on my ipad without a problem BUT on my android phone, the app keep crashing.. while reading and updating the documents, it will crashed every few minutes.. try restarting my phone but the same thing happen again and again.. very frustrated..

Interface are great. But page doesn't shows as full on my screen. Menu bar down below can't be seen. App crashes or hangs every 5 mins into use. (literally) Pls help solves these bugs. Tq

Since the lastest update, the magnifying glass, settings button etc have disappeared. The app does not fit properly the screen (oversized) and the buttons can't be reached. Samsung S10+ user
