decent experience there had a problem with my mom, her wrist was paining and i consulted a doctor on this app and that dr. told me to get a xray done then only i can come to a conclusion, and there was nothing serious as he told me. over all experience was good would surely recommend 👍

App not user friendly. Says duplicated consultations so cancelled my appointment but still charged and customer service is never open to resolve. Been 2 days. the backup number goes to a doctors office that has never heard of this service. Total scam.

I downloaded this app and thought it would be good but it wouldn't even let me log in when I went to type my number in it automatically had a 913 and my number starts with 903 and I don't know how to change it and it's really wasting my time

I tried to put in my phone number, but the drop-down for the code before my actual phone number, would not drop and allow me to choose the code for my country. So, when it tried to confirm my phone number, it sent it to wherever, and I never received the confirmation code. I'll give it more stars if it gets fixed.

Can't even get into app keeps telling me to check wy internet connection, which is fine. Another thing is the section where you put your phone number in has a pre code of +43 where usa is +1 and i can change it. Seems like a good idea to bad

Can't get prescription the Doctor wrote, buyer beware! Not enough information for 1st time user. I asked the doctor how to get the prescription he recommended, he just referred me to support. When I missed their call, I rang them back only to have it ring a few times then disconnect. This happened 2 times.

This app has the worst delivery and customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my medicine by paying 297₹ and when the medicine arrived, the delivery person was asking for 600₹ more for no reason. I cancelled the order but even after a week I have not got my refund. I tried to call the support number but after listening their wait time music for 15 minutes it only says that all representatives are busy. I wrote to their support team but no solution. You will suffer if you subscribe them

Even after booking the lab test many times, the test was not possible.. And my refund is still pending. Refunds are pending for at least three bookings. Even after talking to the customer care several times, the refund could not be done. There is a big difference between the earlier service and the present service.. I freaked out.

Medicine delivery service is not good. My payment got successful but they showing payment not confrm and didn't deliver my order. Payment of consultation is already done but this app showing failure of payment I have to wait very long due such issue and it is not one time everytime I book my consultation it is like this only.
