Just thought I would try this for myself. Wish I did not... First of all, it is odd that you need my zipcode & location services just to use this. I have plenty of bluetooth devices & none of them asked for those permissions. The app is still syncing after I stood on it for the first time. It has been more than ten minutes. I will probably delete this. The promises sound great, but I will write down everything if I don't have to go through whatever this app is.

Excellent app, excellent scale and excellent customer service! Guys if you can't change your weight goal then reduce the font size on your phone settings, then you can see the ok/save 🔘 ✅ button once you change your goal weight!

I like the scale and app overall- but, for some reason, it doesn't allow me to change my weight goal from what I set it as originally. When I attempt to do so, it does not save. It is easy to update, but reverts back to default weight I set when I first setup the app.

The app UI is pretty outdated and the menu could be a little clearer but it does have some good functionality. My biggest complaint is how long the scanner takes to load. I have gotten in the habit of opening it right before I get on the scale so that it's loaded before the scale backlight goes out.

Google Fit sync data stopped after Feb 6 (2021). But a March 25 review says it was fixed? Tried logging out and back, removing integration and restoring, resetting, nothing working... otherwise I like it when it's working!

So when the most basic functions are left out (like editing your readings) it makes for a pretty pathetic app. Pair that with the fact that my scale no longer does my BMI, I'll go back to withings.

Can't create account so I have no idea what this app even does, so 1 star! When I try to create an account it says my email is already taken. When I try to sign in, it doesn't recognize my email and tells me to create an account. Garbage. I'll stick with pen and paper.

Used to be great, now it won't sync with MyFitnessPal at all. Opened a support ticket and they spoke only to Google Fit, not my question.

Google Fit integration is fixed as of this review. Customer service is very helpful. Would be a nice feature to be able to graph a custom date range.
