Like many others, I am experiencing the "Time to update" issue on both Android TV and Google Chromecast with Google TV. Have tried all the usual steps, Restart, uninstall and reinstall & clear cache & data. Nothing makes any difference. Same result. I am just going to uninstall and wait for Disney to update the app on the Google play store for the devices as they have done for tablets and phones. The version installing on phones and tablets is 10.17.0.101 vs. the version that is installing on devices is 10.16.0.100. Hopefully Disney will address the issue posthaste for everyone's sake.

I have really enjoyed the app with my kids. The only thing that I would change is to allow access to locked content with Disney plus account, instead of just various cable networks since most people are switching to streaming. Having the free option is great though!

Well... I love the app. So my kid zoey she absolutely loves it. She liked the games. The only problem is that when it crashed and when u can't watch all of your favorite shows. Other than that I love it. PLEASE FIX THE CRASHING.

I love Disney and love it even more that I can watch on my phone. But I can't watch half the things I wanna because of a TV provider. We don't have live TV or a provider I can sign into. This rule is incredible stupid and I shouldn't need to give you my spectrum account that I don't have

I am unable to sign in using my cable provider. I've tried multiple times and still nothing. I know my credentials are correct because I went and logged into my direct TV account with no issues at all. This is very disappointing as I have young children that love all these shows. Having this while on the road would help alot.

Maybe put older seasons of shows like miraculous ladybug, and for the lion guard there's no episodes at all and the same for other series. Also I had to uninstall the app just to update it because it wouldn't let me open it without updating it. Maybe have an option so there's no ads? Otherwise good app, love to watch all my favorite shows

It's a great app, but i genuinely wish you could watch older seasons of shows, because I don't want to download Netflix again to re-watch Miraculous Ladybug if I could just use DisneyNOW instead, it'd be nice. Overall, still a nice app. You'll get 5 stars once I can actually watch everything!!

I can't watch my videos because it said I need to update,but when I try to update it on Google Play, there only the "open" and "unistalled" button, not "update" button. I press the "open" button, but it take me vack to the same problem, and then I try to unistalled it and installed back to see it would work, but it didn't.
