OptUp: You moved the food scores so deep within the receipts that it feels intentional. I'm sure you make more money off junk food, but some of us might actually benefit from easily visible better choices (read: all). You should restructure the nutrition piece of the Dillon's app to mirror the OptUp app, not just call the database as an afterthought.

App only works less than half the time! The store prices are becoming higher than most other stores, and the checkout attendants are more than just rude. The coupons on the app were the only reason we haven't switched to Wal-Mart. I've sent a complaint to support with no reply and the app (along with the attendants) just getting worse. They don't deserve anyone's business.

They removed the ability to "remove checked items" from the shopping list. Now your only options are to remove *all* items, including the ones you haven't checked off yet, or manually remove the checked items one by one. Items you've checked off are still considered to be on the list, so you can't add them again later until they've been removed. It makes managing the list much more aggravating than it needs to be and than it used to be.

This review is for the dillons at central and rock road. Everytime i need any type of assistance, the employees go above and beyond to help me. There were two younger ladies working a register last wednesday eve, one cashier and one courtesy clerk, and both of them exuded wonderful customer service. They helped explain the dillons app and even offered to link up my phone number with the app. They were so sweet and had great work ethic (rare in kids this day in age.) It really made my day!!

What is wrong with you people? Nothing you've done recently has improved the app, just made it impossible to work with. Now each time you look at something in your list of coupons; when going back to list it makes you start at the beginning of the list.

Sure be nice if the scan feature worked so that I could price check things since you've decided to remove the price check stations in stores. And yes...it is up to date.

Least user friendly app I've ever used. I've ordered online from 4 other grocery stores and Dillons is so frustrating!

This app has become gradually worse with every update. Anywhere from coupons not being on the app as they should be to even when downloaded they don't work properly. Half the time customers can't even figure out how to get to the coupons which I would argue is the most used feature of this convoluted app.

Won't load most of the time! Freezes several times during app. Quits all of the time right in the middle of transaction. Needs work if they expect customer to continue using internet and click list!
