Awful. Not all the channels on the tv is showing on the app. On the tv, whatever is showing is in english and on the app some channel is in another language and the settings in the app is set to english. One moment the video stops but the sound is playing or the sound stops and the video is playing. Plus, every second it's saying the channel has lost signal. If I was able to not rate it I'd do so, cause it's worst than the least rating

App is not working, not showing channels nothing works. App used to work now it seems as though nothing works at all. Third time giving it a chance in a 3 Rd phone and still no success.

I am having the same issues with what other reviewers are having. My stations just keeps showing the same thing over and over in a 10 sec loop, then sticks. I would hate to think they're just ignoring my requests for assistance, so I'll assume that this is extremely challenging for them to solve.

Application does not work in Trinidad and Tobago Market . This app deserve a zero rating 27/08/21.Update after contacting the help support to try and get this app working they told me they have to escalate the issue to a technical team. It's into the third week since the original request and to date no one has called to update.I guess the TnT Market is not as profitable as another markets where the app actually works. Advertising this multi screen app should be taken down for TnT website.

It's not working..nothing is working..the first app , the first modem and when they first came out was five stars...hmmm..they get three for phone and customer care service

It is very unstable. Unable to watch any channel for long and most of the time, the app will not open as it canmot make an internet connection.

Terrible app. App does not work on phone or tablets. Keeps asking for log in credentials but keeps saying "logging failed please try again". My login credentials are correct yet I cannot log in on my tablet or phone to watch. FIX ASAP🙄😑🤬 THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR 2 WEEKS NOW. Edit: I am paying for the multiscreen feature on the app yet it has not been working since June 2020. 😠😠😠 FIX ASAP!!!! This feature is the only reason I'm with this network provider!!!😡

This app does not have the rewind feature that I loved in its predecessor. The ability to rewind live TV is important to alot of users. I hope that this app is updated to include this feature asap. Other from that, the app is user friendly and I have not experienced any crashes while using it.

I prefer the older version as the newer one does not allow you to rewind or pause live TV. There are also other features that are no longer available. Plus every time the app is either freezing or not working at all, totally unreliable. GET IT TOGETHER DIGICEL!!!

I finally was able to get into this Digicel Multiscreen app. But I cannot get any channel to be displayed at all. I am now waiting on a digicel technician to call and try to have this issue resolved. I am actually hoping that we can go back to the working older version of the app.
