since the new school year started, it has not been loading in mornings. i get alot of students use the app in the morning but its just impossible to know when ur bus is coming if u cant see it

Purchased three tickets, my credit card was charged, and then they wouldn't load on the app once I activated them. Had to repurchase again from the driver. What a waste of money.

I wanted to buy a 10-ticket bundle through the app. I tried twice and the app is not showing any tickets on my account. I did not get any error message on my bank's app when authorising the payment, nor on De Lijn's app. I am waiting to see if I will be charged at all and I will be asking for a refund in case I am. By the way, you should be able to pay with your card on the bus (just by tapping on the machine) but that doesn't work either, and it is not possible to buy tickets from the driver.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I can't pay for a day ticket or any ticket for that matter. I can't delete my account either and after 2 months of talking to their "support" we still got nowhere near deleting my account. Absolutely ridiculous...

Paying with payconiq doesn't work at all. It says I don't have the correct app but I do. Worked perfect before the update.

I tried to buy tickets but it's impossible... the app sends me to the credit card verification process and everything flows correctly but tickets don't appear... I don't know if my bank is going to charge me for those invisibles tickets... And yes, my phone is linked correctly.
