Inexcusably unreliable. I Uninstalled to free up space on my phone, then reinstalled when I needed it again, only for it to stop allowing me to get decent advances. I had the options of $50, $75, or $100 before I uninstalled, only for it to boot me down to $10 as a "new user". I've been using this service for 2 years and have never had this issue prior to today. Reader, seek a more reliable banking app, do not feel comforted by this bear and his lies.

Was great for the few months of use I got out of it, but after an unauthorized advance to a card I don't own my account has been completely blocked by customer support and I can no longer use the app. This app has been my lifesaver as of late and now it's completely useless to me. It's a great app for banking and for microloans, when needed. However, the only caveat is you need to enroll in direct deposit and have at least $1,000 in qualifying deposits to get anything larger than $5 - $50 at a time, which is a shame. Some people are self-employed, like myself, and do not receive direct deposit. Others make minimum wage and do not receive $1,000, in a specified timeframe, to qualify for the advances. Otherwise, a valiant try but nowhere near perfect. 4 stars.

I deleted my last review in order to provide a better update. The app itself is great. I use it for advances to help between paydays and with unexpected expenses. The fees are very reasonable and I like the low balance alerts, but what makes the app truly 5 star is the service. Recently, my app wouldn't login. Failing to fix the issue myself, I contacted Dave's support. They took the time to learn what was going on with my phone for a few days time and never fed me the same line twice.

Subscribed for almost. Request an advance and had to link a new checking account. I no longer have two consecutive pay checks because I just started a great new job. I was offered a $5 advance with a fee of 1.99. It was $5 more than I had. Every interaction via email started the discussion of the issue with a new person. Non-existent Customer Service. No knowledge of prior contacts (10+ emails. ) This is a site that profits on those who can least afford to pay a monthly for absolutely nothing.

App is glitchy, it wont let me log in sometimes. Keep getting the OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG orange banner almost everytime I've tried logging in. I have been sending email to their support team and no one is acknowledging that the app is bugged. One of them thought I couldn't get advances when I never said anything about that in my emails. DO NOT USE THEM AS A PRIMARY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I constantly have to re-download the app to see my money.

Great useful handy app. Got the money instantly , altho it is a little inconvenient that they take the money from your account a few minutes after your direct deposit comes in . Dave comes out of your account before other bills even take the automatic withdrawal out. Dave is everything it promises to be I believe they do need to work on the side hustle aspect of the application because of how confusing it is to apply for the hustles it shows not one of them responded to me ever.

Very disappointed in this app...it is very inconsistent with advances!!! It will let me get an advance one week and when it's paid on its due date, it tells me the date that I am able to get another advance, but when I request it on the available date, it doesn't let me get one. I have always paid back my advances on time, so I'm not sure why the inconsistency! It annoying and super inconvenient, when you are told you can have an advance, but then when you go to get it, it doesn't give it to y
