How to install Cygnus - Icon Pack v1.7 on Android API 17+

- Grab com.ddev.cygnus.beta.iconpack_18.apk — hit the Download button above (14.6 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
